We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our client's highly established, full-service veterinary hospital in El Paso, Texas.

$120,000 - $175,000 Base Salary + 20% ProSal (No Negative Accrual)
$100,000 Joining Bonus | Full-Time Over 4 Days | Excellent WorkLife Balance
You'll be joining an experienced four-doctor team with a loyal and growing client base, providing a strong foundation for professional success.
This position offers the opportunity to work a 4-day full-time schedule within hospital hours, delivering both general practice and occasional urgent care services in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

Full-time role worked over 4 days within hospital hours:
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (shared on a rotational basis)

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients.
Manage a varied caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
Build strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication.
Contribute positively to a supportive and team-driven environment.
Schedule & Hours
Full-time, four-day work week within hospital hours.
Saturday shifts are shared on a rotational basis.
No after-hours or on-call requirements.
This structure provides an excellent worklife balance, with evenings and most weekends free.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 (commensurate with experience).
20% ProSal compensation system (no negative accrual).
$100,000 Joining Bonus.
3 weeks PTO plus public holidays.
Generous annual CE allowance and paid CE leave.
Paid state license, professional dues, and liability insurance.

Candidate Requirements
DVM or equivalent degree, licensed (or eligible) in Texas.
Proven clinical and surgical skills in small animal medicine.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
