Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Entry level, part‑time position at 401 Northwest Bypass, Great Falls, MT. Responsible for stocking and maintaining freezer, cooler, and deli areas while providing front‑line customer service. Base Pay Range $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr Overview The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker ensures safe, clean, and organized storage for fresh products, maintains proper temperature control, and delivers excellent member service in the deli department. Responsibilities Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and correctly handling hazardous materials. Operate and maintain equipment, monitor freezer and cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation. Stock, display, and organize merchandise, including setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing, and pricing merchandise. Check and dispose of expired or lower‑quality products while ensuring high‑quality items are available for members. Provide member service by acknowledging the member, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues. Follow food‑handling policies and cold‑chain procedures, keep the area sanitized, and report any issues to management. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Have a passion for stocking and customer service. Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to tackle obstacles. Preferred Qualifications Experience in stocking, customer service, or a freezer/cooler environment. Knowledge of food safety and temperature control.
