Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an Impact in This RoleInstalls, inspects, maintains, and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.Responds to after-hours emergencies, manages power outage procedures, and strictly follows safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).Coordinates with personnel regarding work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operating condition.Dedicates 20% of the role to participating in meetings, training workshops, and assisting with special projects as assigned.QualificationsWhat Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicense:EPA Certification (level II preferred)Must have one or more of the following:Education:High school diploma or equivalentGraduate of trade schoolWork Experience:3 years of related experienceOther equivalent combination of relevant education or experience
