Job Summary

Our mission is to ?Inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience,? and our Ballers are the elite crew that carries that mission into brand-new 7 Brew stands across the Kindness Crew. Ballers are traveling trainers who bring the heat when it comes to operations, culture, and team energy. They?re more than trainers ? they?re culture-carriers, standard-setters, and the calm in the chaos. Whether on the clock or off, Ballers represent 7 Brew?s values loud and proud. As a Baller, you?ll join a tight-knit crew that travels in three-week rotations to launch new stands and build brand-new teams from the ground up. You?ll lead by example, guide and coach new Brewistas and Shift Leads, and create an environment where everyone feels like they belong.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch new 7 Brew stands by training, mentoring, and developing brand-new teams.
• Model exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and 7 Brew culture at all times.
• Coach team members through hands-on instruction, feedback, and encouragement.
• Protect the integrity of our brand by upholding high standards for product, service, and cleanliness.
• Build relationships and foster teamwork within new Brewista?s and local leadership.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and challenges, staying calm under pressure.
• Ensure every team member understands and embodies 7 Brew?s values and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with leadership teams to share updates, observations, and training progress.

Work Schedule Requirements

• Weekly on-shift hours: 50+hours per week
• Works a flexible schedule based on new stand launch needs.
• Travels frequently with three-week training assignments across multiple states if applicable.
• Works early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and stand for prolonged periods.
