Maintenance Technician

Description The Forge Hotel is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain the quality, safety, and appearance of our hotel. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property while supporting all hotel departments with maintenance and repair needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, has strong troubleshooting skills, and enjoys working in a hospitality environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities $45 Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hotel maintenance experience.
• Pool Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• HVAC certification is a plus. General knowledge of:
• Plumbing
• Electrical systems
• HVAC
• Carpentry
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Pool maintenance
