Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Role: Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the Anesthesia Department at a Level 2 trauma hospital. Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care across a diverse case mix including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, electrophysiology, gastrointestinal, and optional OB procedures. Utilize advanced anesthesia equipment and computerized charting systems. Maintain a positive work environment with mentorship support, ensuring excellent patient care and collaboration within a cohesive team. Qualifications & Skills: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas. Experience or proficiency in epidural and spinal anesthesia preferred for OB cases. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. Key Duties: Administer anesthesia, monitor patient vitals, and provide post-anesthesia care. Participate in flexible scheduling with various shift options, including no-call requirements, and handle additional earnings through shift differentials, holiday pay, and overtime.
