Maintenance Operations Supervisor

Location: District Center/District Wide, White Bear Lake, MN Closing Date: 05/29/2026 Assignment: Maintenance Operations Supervisor Salary: $82,928 Start Date: Around June 15, 2026 Work Week: 40 hours per week Shift: AShift (6am-2:30am) and on call License required : MN Chief C Boilers License or higher (no substitution) CPS or MASMS Certification Preferred Valid MN Drivers License Registered Unlicensed Electricians License Position Summary: Performs difficult skilled technical work planning, organizing, supervising, training, and directing work of the building maintenance staff. This person must also be highly skilled repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical and all mechanical equipment in all of the Districts buildings and outbuildings. This person also helps supervise Head Engineers, Custodial Staff, The Maintenance Electrician, and The Facility and Equipment Maintenance Technician.
