Has a deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards and the ability to manage the state and federal survey process. Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Possesses strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement. Is skilled in marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management. Has a genuine passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
