Per Diem Clinical Liaison: Rehab Outreach Specialist

Southern Ohio Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Clinical Liaison for per diem work to educate the community on acute rehabilitation, develop census through face-to-face outreach, and build referral networks in the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with program leadership and healthcare professionals to address admission barriers and promote available programs and services through in-services and outreach activities.
