Registered Nurse (RN) - 13 Week Contract

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract position. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in various clinical settings. The RN will be responsible for performing assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring that patients receive necessary treatments.

Schedule

07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Completion of necessary health screenings and vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19, Hepatitis B, Varicella).
• Completion of the Trinity Profile and relevant competency testing.
