Handyman- $18.00/HR 

 

A local company in Conroe, TX is searching for a Handyman to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp position in a fast-paced environment. 

Summary of essential job functions:

• Assist the Facilities Manager with the daily operation and maintenance of the facility.
• Perform general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and replacing light fixtures.
• Maintain the exterior of the property by mowing lawns, trimming vegetation, and completing general groundskeeping tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and complete preventative maintenance to ensure the facility remains safe and operational.
• Perform general repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic Electrical Skills 
• Sit Down Forklift experience 
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Experience with preventive/reactive maintenance
