Key Responsibilities The Head of Marketing for Bluespring Wealth Partners will enhance the overall marketing strategy and drive execution to increase awareness and demand for each business. The leader will work with the Business Unit President, Pradeep Jayaraman, and Leaders (Business Development, COO, Revenue Growth, Operations) to create marketing and communication strategies that increase awareness and support the recruitment of advisors to join Bluespring Wealth Partners. The Head of Marketing will collaborate with the business team to identify insights and develop effective marketing and branding strategies. This role will lead a matrix team responsible for all elements of an integrated, end-to-end marketing function, including media, brand, product, and solution marketing, content and thought leadership, campaigns, demand generation, digital marketing, events, public relations, and strategic communications. Own the strategic thinking, development, ideation, and execution of best-in-class integrated marketing plans and strategies through various channels, including websites, social media, industry marketing, events, and PR campaigns. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the matrix team, including marketing content and collateral, demand generation, and in-house design. Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including the design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations. Collaborate with Lead Generation professionals to develop, execute, and optimize business development, marketing, and lead gen activities for each company, drive interest, and support recruiting efforts. Collaborate with Communication colleagues to develop a unified messaging, positioning, and narrative that ensures consistent communication across all business units, both internally and externally, through all key brand touchpoints. Develop and manage marketing plans and corresponding budgets to meet revenue and brand health goals. Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations. Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and campaign results. Measure the performance of all marketing activities and lead generation campaigns, assess ROI against KPIs, and refine activities and strategies to achieve them. Responsible for educating team members on the priorities for Bluespring Wealth Partners, which will enable them to develop their discipline-specific plan. Hold regular meetings with matrix team members to review the pipeline, resolve challenges, present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard. Act as a trusted advisor to the President of Bluespring Wealth Partners and the C-Suite team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years leading successful marketing teams with documented results in the Brokerage and Advisory. Experience leading all aspects of the marketing function, including media, brand, product, and solution marketing, content and thought leadership, campaigns, demand generation, digital marketing, events, public relations, and internal/external communications. Demonstrated success translating quantitative data and research findings from customer insights into innovative marketing strategies that drive business results. Implemented key financial metrics to drive a business to greater marketing excellence while balancing costs. Ability to manage a budget across working media and monitor and manage all associated costs efficiently. Proven leader with the ability to predict market trends and instill passion into the team and partners. Persuasive, confident communicator who understands when and how to use influence and authority. Intrapreneurial spirit with a willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches. Hands-on, high-energy, "roll up your sleeves" mindset, with the ability to be a driver and change agent in an organization. Leads by example at both the strategic and tactical levels. Thrives in a dynamic, changing, and often ambiguous environment: a curious mindset, a hunger to learn, and a drive to succeed. Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university. A master's degree in marketing or business is a plus.
