Techno-Functional Analyst - Capital Markets

Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Capital Markets domain, including Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, and Compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven)
• Experience with Power Automate workflows
• Background in RPA Automation
• Advanced SQL skills, focusing on queries, stored procedures, and data analysis
• Strong techno-functional analysis capabilities with experience in stakeholder collaboration

• Work closely with Capital Markets stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements
• Design and implement Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows
• Write and enhance SQL queries, stored procedures, and database components
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with trading systems, market data feeds, and risk management systems
• Conduct data analysis to facilitate business decision-making and meet regulatory reporting needs
• Ensure that solutions align with financial services security, compliance, and performance criteria
• Diagnose and enhance applications and database queries
• Document technical structures, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee production rollouts
