Business Analyst - Operations Support Administrator

Gather and translate business needs and ideas into clear requirements, plans, and actions Support reporting using PowerBI Utilize Dynamics 365 (D365) for customer engagements Create wireframes and/or mockups for handoff to the development team Validate and test new features or changes Support user rollout of new features or changes Collaborate with developers, product managers, insights teams, and end users to refine requirements and define quality metrics Document updates within Dynamics and SharePoint Facilitate and conduct short user training sessions Plan workshops, meetings, events, communications, documentation, SharePoint updates, and other operational activities Take ownership of unfamiliar or ambiguous problems and drive them to practical outcomes Requirements Must reside in the greater Seattle area Must be able to work on-site 1–2 days per week Demonstrated, recent experience creating and using PowerBI dashboards Previous experience working with teams as a business analyst, including operational support Strong Excel skills Analytic mindset and problem-solving ability Ability to structure unclear problems and determine next steps Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through Clear and concise communication Ability to move between detail and the bigger picture Ability to learn new tools, systems, and subject areas quickly Pragmatic and collaborative approach across multiple moving priorities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in gathering business requirements, creating PowerBI dashboards, and utilizing Dynamics 365 for customer engagement.
