Registered Nurse

LifePoint Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, non-urban hospital setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients and families. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support community health initiatives and improve outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care in an acute care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately. Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition using EHR systems. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards and protocols. Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives at the facility. Patient assessment. IV therapy and medication administration. Wound care and dressing changes. Care planning and care coordination. Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation. Vital signs monitoring and interpretation. Patient and family education. Infection control practices. Clinical triage and prioritization. Basic life support (BLS). Benefits Medical Insurance.
