The Grantmaking Manager will play a vital role in the administration of our grantmaking operations and donor database, supporting all aspects of LCf’s grantmaking cycle. The position will ensure effective processes and accurate data as we scale our volume of trust-based grantmaking and help design tools to enhance our storytelling and reporting capacity. Program Operations Manager, Strategic Programs The Program Operations Manager will help advance the vision of three of our Strategic Programs: The Latino Nonprofit Accelerator, our Rest is Power Sabbatical Program, and our nonprofit capital grants program. The Director of Partnerships will contribute to increasing and diversifying organizational revenue, with a focus on foundation and corporate support. This role is responsible for securing funding opportunities, building authentic relationships, crafting persuasive proposals, and stewarding incoming grants to significantly enhance financial support for the organization. The Director of Individual Philanthropy is a key member of LCF’s Philanthropy team, responsible for stewarding, renewing, and acquiring top-level individual donors to significantly enhance financial support for the organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Philanthropy, the Director plays a critical role in advancing LCF’s mission through authentic relationship-building and strategic fundraising efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Caforthearts
