Job Description
***Only qualified Packaging Operator candidates located near the Woburn, MA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence*** Required Education * High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience * Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, warehouse, or related industry experience * Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environment preferred * Ability to work overtime as needed * Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and quality specifications * Familiarity with documentation practices and inventory activities Technical Skills * Product packaging and labeling * Visual inspection and quality inspection * Good documentation practices * Basic computer skills * Basic mathematical calculations * Inventory counting * Ability to follow standard operating procedures * Knowledge of personal protective equipment and contamination control practices preferred Soft Skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong organizational skills * Reliable and dependable work ethic * Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as required Responsibilities * Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products * Package finished products according to established procedures and quality specifications * Inspect in-process packaging materials and components to identify and remove defective items * Maintain accurate production documentation including device history records and inventory counts * Complete basic mathematical calculations required for batch records * Assist with inventory counting activities * Participate in daily safety discussions and safety audits * Clean packaging stations and processing equipment * Follow all personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements * Handle hazardous waste according to established procedures * Support production goals while maintaining quality and compliance standards
