Schedule & Hours:

• Day shifts: 06:45 - 17:15
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• On-call responsibilities required

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room CST experience with prior travel assignments, OR at least 3 years of Operating Room CST experience if no previous travel assignments
• Active NBSTSA certification (no substitutions accepted)
• Must live at least 100 miles away from Germantown, TN

Core Duties:

• Assist surgeons and medical staff in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
• Maintain and prepare surgical instruments and sterile field
• Ensure all procedural protocols and patient safety standards are met
• Collaborate with OR nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams during procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations
