Position summary: Responsiblefordevelopingrelationships withthe SESCO outside salesteamregarding theircontrols needs. Responsibleforcreatingand maintainingrelationships with end usercustomers. Generally, worksindependentlyand assists others as needed. Position responsibilities: Become an industryresource forcontrols andproviderecommendations(solutions)to existingand new constructionjob sitesthrough contactswith developersfor publicand privatefacilities Developconstructive and cooperative workingrelationships with customers, manufacturers, and outsidesalespeople Workin conjunction withotherSESCO salespeopleand worktoidentifycustomers needingcontrols solutions Solve problems quicklyand turn theminto opportunities Earn discretionarybusinessfromcustomerbaseto passthrough Distributors Ensurequickand properresponsetoallreasonable customerrequests Identifyand securenewmarkets andadoption ofnewtechnologies within yourterritory Maintainprofitability by meeting bogies and containing managing expenses Otherdutiesas assigned bymanager 5+ years’ experience in a professional environment Must learn and maintain knowledge on all manufacturers represented Exhibit excellent communications skills and the ability to develop presentations to customers and present in a professional manner Excellent sales skills including cold calling, building relationships, selling value, and customer service Self-motivated and goal oriented Extraordinary attention to details required Ability to analyze and solve problems Must be able to multi-task Possess excellent team work ethic Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and insurance Must be proficient on Word, Excel, and Outlook Bluebeam and basic understanding of AutoCAD knowledge a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr SESCO Lighting
