Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The RN will provide outpatient hospice care, conducting 4 to 5 patient visits daily, including routine visits in facilities and patient homes. This role involves travel averaging 30 to 50 miles per day within the designated area.

Job Details:

• Position: Hospice RN
• Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Massachusetts RN license, BILH coversheet required at time of submission, minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, reliable transportation for daily travel within the area, experience in hospice or outpatient care preferred.
• Travel: Travel is required, with an expected distance of 30-50 miles daily; local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have a valid Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission; BILH coversheet is mandatory. The RN will be responsible for routine outpatient visits, requiring proficiency in hospice care delivery, travel readiness, and flexibility to coordinate multiple patient visits throughout the day.
