The Product Manager will own the definition, execution and delivery of critical areas of the STACK web application. He or she will have a strong passion for building and rolling out changes that our customers will love and that positively impact their businesses.In this role the Product Manager will gain a deep understanding of our customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that will grow market share, improve customer experience and drive application usage and business growth. They will facilitate collaboration between a cross-functional team (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Success) and use data driven insights to evolve our product and strategy.What You'll DoOwn and drive product development and delivery of critical areas of the STACK web applicationWork with leadership to define and align teams around a product strategyIdentify opportunities to improve takeoff, estimating, bidding, preconstruction, and project workflowsPartner closely with our AI/Machine Learning, and Computer Vision EngineersTranslate STACK's product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, working closely with engineering to iterate in an agile environmentIdentify and direct investment to the highest ROI activities; must be able to scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactLead a cross-functional team to define, scope, schedule and assess performance of new STACK capabilities and deliver real solutions with quick time to marketDefine the scope of projects, facilitate discussions and drive discussionsTrack initiative milestones and schedules to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget and communicate statusWork closely with delivery teams to manage risk and ensure delivery is on schedule and high quality and producing the desired outcomeLead and contribute to maturing product thinking, processes and tooling within the organizationWhat You Bring8 years of experience owning and managing the development and delivery of high-quality software in an agile environmentProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycleUnderstanding of construction processes such as estimating, digital takeoff, bidding, preconstruction, labor and material costing, project management, or field operationsDeep understanding of at least one specialty trade, strong preference for experience in: Concrete, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electricalDemonstrated experience in developing product and marketing strategies and experience effectively communicating to executive leadership audiencesMust have experience with product usage tracking, prioritization, planning and scheduling toolsMust have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsCritical thinker with the strong ability to problem solve and must have willingness to be hands-on, roll up sleeves to get job doneMust have strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWho You AreA product leader who takes ownership and drives outcomes, not just roadmapComfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero to oneHighly collaborative, with strong communication across technical and non-technical teamsPassionate about building products that solve real customer problemsEnergized by fast-paced, high-impact environmentsHow We Work (AI-First)We operate with an AI-first mindset. This role is eligible for health insurance (medical, dental & vision), life insurance, 401(k) & paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is about $185k - $198k USD.
