Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within their full scope of practice. This role involves participation in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services aimed at supporting patients, families, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Observe and collect data related to patient care
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care addressing the physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs of patients
• Collaborate as a member of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Engage in ongoing assessment and modification of individualized plans of care
• Provide support and education to patients and their families

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• PALS certification
• ACLS certification
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Availability to work Christmas Eve into Christmas Day
