Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans. Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques that foster client growth and emotional resilience. Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, tracking their progress through consistent documentation and follow-ups. Provide teletherapy services ensuring that clients who face mobility issues, or those preferring virtual interaction, receive quality care. Maintain high ethical standards by keeping detailed and confidential records, aligning with state regulations and professional practices. Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops focusing on the latest clinical practices and advancements in mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LMFT at Premire Care Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ struggles and experiences. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring that administrative tasks do not hinder client care. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting working directly with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Knowledge of current trends in mental health care, including trauma-informed approaches and family systems theory.
