Adventist Health Sierra Vista, located in San Luis Obispo, seeks a well‑trained surgeon to join a busy seven‑surgeon practice providing Level III trauma coverage. The group offers a mature, service‑oriented practice with a good payer mix in a family‑friendly and team‑oriented environment. Location & Practice Details Address: 77 Casa Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 (MOB Adjacent to Adventist Health Sierra Vista) Practice Ratio: 50/50 inpatient vs outpatient with shared call (Level III Trauma Center) and clinic responsibility Robotic platform: Da Vinci Xi Compensation & Benefits Wage Scale: $350,000 annually, plus benefits. Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and productivity after the initial guarantee period. Wages are determined based on qualifications, experience, and productivity. Qualifications All candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with excellent references.
