Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic support through various modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. \n
- Coordinate and facilitate referrals to community resources, such as support groups, educational programs, and healthcare providers, ensuring clients access the best available support. \n
- Empower clients and their families by enhancing communication skills, providing psychoeducation, and promoting effective coping strategies tailored to their unique situations. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in community settings, including schools and correctional facilities, to advocate for patient needs and improve mental health initiatives. \n
- Participate in continuous training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques. \n
