The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will perform compliance monitoring and testing, evaluate results, and provide feedback. Additionally, the Analyst will follow defined processes, procedures, instructions, and schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in creating and maintaining a strong, proactive culture of compliance Perform compliance monitoring/testing as scheduled under the Bank’s Compliance Program Identify exceptions related to noncompliance and communicate those exceptions to the Regulatory Compliance Officer, as appropriate. Assist in developing procedures that meet the requirements of compliance regulations for new products and services being introduced as assigned Identify compliance risks and emerging issues applicable to ongoing and proposed business activities Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance risk analysis Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements Requires a High School degree or equivalentPri Prior banking, compliance, audit processes and procedures, or other related experience preferred Prior regulatory compliance and /or banking experience preferred Must have good analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written Good audit, problem-resolution, and research skills Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task Ability to meet deadlines and work independently yet still be team-oriented A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements Obtain and maintain proficient knowledge of banking laws and regulations Above average communication and writing skills required Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment Ability to manipulate moderately large sets of data Basic knowledge of bank services, policies, and procedures TAB Bank Offers Onsite Gym Tuition Reimbursement Paid Holidays College Scholarships for Employees and Families 401-(k) Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program I Made the Grade Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Voluntary Disability, Flex Spending & Dependent Care TAB Bank will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
