Dearborn, Michigan – Business Program/Project Management Associate #1052533 Responsibilities The Storage Services Analyst is a member of the EPEO Storage Service team and will have a variety of responsibilities supporting the Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Data Protection as a Service (DpaaS). Assist with Jira planning and tracking of Epics, User Stories, and Tasks. Asset Management activities including leasing and service contracts. Assist with current and future planning activities supporting the expansion and adaptation of storage as a service globally. Assist with installing new hardware, removing end‑of‑life equipment, planning and installing fiber connections to new devices when needed, completing connections originating from server team requests, and ongoing troubleshooting of the server‑connected environment. Financial and capacity planning and reporting. Required Skills Understanding the financial processes and methodologies. Experience with Jira business tool. Solid understanding of MS Office, specifically Excel. Ability to analyze complex data and present results to management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business and IT management. Strong interpersonal skills and integrity in all actions. Nice to Have Skills Knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, Project Management. Familiarity with data center layouts and procedures for building access. Knowledge of storage fiber infrastructure including fiber optic connections, planning, and working with Cisco MDS switches. Familiarity with vendor connection needs and proficiency for connecting power. Coordination of installation of new storage devices and decommission/uninstall of end‑of‑lease storage arrays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed. Skills Required Jira Skills Preferred Business Process Support Experience Required Associate Level – 2+ years in IT.
