Job Description:This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis.As an Associate Technician, you will demonstrate basic knowledge, skills, training, and learning ability that you can use in other Engineering organizations.This entry level technician position is for technicians with little or no experience that have some formal education in a core skill area. In this role you will handle basic project assignments with supervision.Responsibilities:Set -up and perform emission testing on vehicles.Evaluate resultsRecommend corrective actionOutstanding interpersonal and relationship leadership skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as neededEmerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environmentAssociates degree2+ years in Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations SetupRequirements:Education - High School Diploma; Associates degree, preferred2+ years' work experiencePlus if they have experience with Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations SetupPlus if they have experience with AVL, Horiba or Burke PorterUnderstanding of Global Manufacturing System principleQuality / data validation experience is a nice to have.Shift Schedule: This position will be for 2nd shiftStart 1st shift for 8 weeks to go through training (6am-4:30pm)4x10 Schedule: (4pm-2:30am)Sun - Wed or Wed - Sat
$24 - $28 per hour
