Overview Lorien Encore | Full-Time | Ellicott City, MD Lorien Encore is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper / Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Services team. Schedule Full-Time | Weekdays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Every Other Weekend: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 5 Days Per Week Pay Rate $16 per hour Same Day Pay for all Employees! Benefits for Full-Time PTO:80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available) 6 Personal Days 7 Paid Major Holidays Double time when worked for all hourly employees CareFirst Medical Benefits Tuition Assistance RN Loan Repayment HRA Fund Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Perks Employee Discounts Earn Points, Earn Rewards Professional Development Attendance Rewards Referral Program Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures Floor Tech experience is a plus Properly use cleaning equipment and supplies Dispose of trash and recyclables according to guidelines Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Qualifications Previous housekeeping, laundry, environmental services, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, hotel, healthcare, nursing home, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
