Job Description

• Location : Mountain Home, AR

• Patient Volume : Varies

  • Join an existing, busy practice with 1 Physician and 2 APRNs
  • Will utilize local 20-chair dialysis center.  Currently, approximately 85 dialysis patients
  • Call includes 10 days a month and 1:2 weekend call. In finding the right person to join our team, weekend call will be reduced to 1:3
  • Single Hospital Affiliation
• Job Requirements :
  • Must be BE/BC in Nephrology
  • Will accept out of state physicians willing to get licensed in AR
  • J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship
• Compensation : 
  • Base - $370,000
  • Quarterly production bonus
• Benefits :
  • Commencement Bonus - $40,000
  • Relocation Assistance - $10,000
