What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds
• Implement manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and document outcomes
• Provide consultation and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team about patient progress
• Prepare discharge summaries adhering to regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and patient records
• Support and supervise rehabilitation aides, PT assistants, or students as needed
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working with elderly or in LTC environments preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform detailed assessments and implement appropriate treatments
• Adherence to APTA and state practice acts, ethical standards
