Job Location: Venice, FL Company Name: Carease Health Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to deliver high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This hybrid role combines on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation.
