Process Specialist

ArsenalBio is a privately held, clinical‑stage programmable cell therapy company engineering advanced CAR T therapies for solid tumors. We are seeking a talented Cell Therapy SpecialistII to work onsite based in our Hayward/UCSF and SanFrancisco office. What You’ll Do Perform all tasks associated with the GMP manufacturing of cellular products following batch records, tech transfer protocols, validation protocols and SOPs. Assist in set‑up, testing, and qualification of manufacturing areas and equipment/fixtures. Work with the Manufacturing team to execute GMP runs in close collaboration with Process Development, MSAT and Quality. Demonstrate excellent aseptic/sterile techniques. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation following GMP principles, including following production batch records, SOPs and other documentation. Perform equipment and process qualification activities and in‑process product testing in accordance with standard procedures. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field and 2+ years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry in a manufacturing role. Experience in clinical‑scale cell processing (such as Miltenyi CliniMACS/Prodigy and equivalent platforms) desired. Experience in applying techniques learned from prior cell therapy experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships. Ability to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job, demonstrate productivity and deliver high‑quality results. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask as needed in a start‑up environment. The estimated base salary offer for the preferred primary location of the SanFrancisco Bay area ranges from $84,900 to $104,000. Salary ranges for other locations may vary.
