Job Description Unloads and breaks down freight (e.g., trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc.) Sorts and organizes freight Operate various types of material handling equipment (forklift, electric pallet jacks, order selectors) Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (e.g., bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.) Pick, scan, sort and label Identify unusable pallets Basic ability to read, count and use RF scanner technology (training provided) Select and scan items using RF scanner for accuracy Maintain work area in a clean and hazard-free condition Pay Range $24.00 - $24.00 per hour Shift Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Must be willing to train the 1st week on the Monday to Friday schedule Job Requirements 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train) Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50 lbs Ability to operate material handling equipment preferred (electric pallet jack, forklift, order selector) Meet fast‑paced productivity goals and standards Excellent customer service required Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers) Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day Effective communication skills Safety shoes are required Other duties as assigned Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees and their families Retirement Plans: A 401(k) with employer matching Voluntary benefits: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents Bonus Eligibility Internal Employee Referral Program up to $500 Eclipse Advantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, reproductive health decision‑making, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
