Registered Dietitian Assignment Length - 13 Weeks Shift: 5x8s Monday-Friday schedule 0800-1700 (with minor flexibility in work hours) No Weekends Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: RD/RDN Skills REQ: Prefer Pediatric Experience Is on-call REQ: No Weekend REQ : No Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: Yes - preference is for license in hand RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks Type of Facility: Acute Hospital Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska Total Staffed Beds: 407 Scrub Color: Provided Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Parking is free Holidays: Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Can only submit to 1 location within the region (PAMC, Seward, Valdez, Saint Elias Specialty Hospital, and Kodiak) Valid State License (Allowed to submit with a pending license, takes 10-12 weeks) Mile Radius Rule Applies (must be 50 miles from facility) References Required: 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval Modules are completed pre-start, and annually Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts
