Certified Nurse Midwife – Greater Seattle, Washington / Hospital-Based CNM, Labor & Delivery Midwife Step into a highly collaborative hospital-based assignment where you'll provide full-spectrum midwifery care alongside an experienced OB team. This rewarding locum opportunity offers meaningful work with a diverse patient population while practicing in a well-equipped birth center just outside Seattle. Why This Assignment Assignment Dates: Start as soon as credentialed (credentialing may take up to 90 days) Schedule: Six 24-hour call shifts per month, with additional shifts possible; some holiday availability required Practice in a 159-bed Level III Trauma Center Work alongside a team of 6 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNMs, 1 gynecologic surgeon, and 1 gynecology ARNP Approximately 1,200 births annually, with CNMs managing nearly half One OB physician and one CNM are on call at all times On-site anesthesia, labor tubs, dedicated LDR suites, and a separate postpartum unit Utilize Epic EMR and collaborate with experienced birth center RNs Explore Seattle's nearby dining, waterfront attractions, parks, and cultural destinations during your time off About You Be able to do the job as described.
