Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled HyperExecute Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automated testing workflows using LambdaTest HyperExecute . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, cloud-based testing platforms, and test execution optimization. This role will focus on improving execution speed, test stability, reporting, and overall QA efficiency within Agile development environments..

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

\n
• Design, configure, and manage LambdaTest HyperExecute test execution pipelines.
\n
• Optimize automated test execution to reduce runtime and improve feedback cycles.
\n
• Integrate HyperExecute with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Harness .
\n
• Configure parallel, distributed, and cloud-based test execution environments.
\n
• Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to streamline testing processes.
\n
• Analyze test results, execution reports, and logs to identify and resolve failures.
\n
• Implement best practices for test orchestration, resource utilization, and execution monitoring.
\n
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for test execution metrics.
\n
• Support Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and API automation frameworks.
\n
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, environment issues, and automation bottlenecks.
\n
• Ensure test execution scalability for large enterprise applications.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Strong experience with LambdaTest HyperExecute .
\n
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium .
\n
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines .
\n
• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Harness, or Bamboo .
\n
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and execution strategies.
\n
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and distributed test execution.
\n
• Familiarity with REST API testing and automation.
\n
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript .
\n
• Experience with version control systems such as Git .
\n
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
\n

Preferred, but not required:

\n
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
\n
• Knowledge of performance optimization and test execution analytics.
\n
• Experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes .
\n
• Familiarity with test management tools such as ALM Octane, Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr .
\n
• Certifications in automation testing or cloud testing platforms are a plus.
\n
