Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on revenue recognition and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist with audits and ensure accurate, timely reporting for leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred but not required).
• 3-8 years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing company.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
• Stable work history with clear career progression.

Compensation & Benefits
