Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients to develop individualized therapy plans that address their unique mental health needs.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes and documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of your practice.

  • Take part in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals and families who often struggle with limited access to mental health services. You will work with clients facing various mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
