Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont Physical Therapy certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Capability to work independently across multiple sites
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for fostering student development across K-12

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and services to students throughout all grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and district policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, parents, and support staff
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Adapt activities and interventions to fit varying abilities and ages
• Provide training or resources to school personnel when needed
