Opportunity:


RN - ICU


Job Details:


• Night shift position working 3×12-hour shifts at 0.9 FTE
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float throughout MICU, Neuro ICU, and Transplant ICU units
• May need to float to other ICUs, step down units, or acute care units as needed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment
• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population
• Level 1 Trauma experience is a firm requirement
• Recent Travel RN experience is a firm requirement
• Minimum MICU experience required; critical care float experience preferred
• EPIC experience required
• Telemetry testing required during first week with two attempts to pass
• Navy scrubs required
• Required certifications: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS

This facility is a large academic health system featuring a Level 1 Trauma Center, providing the highest level of emergency and specialized care available. The organization operates multiple intensive care units including a Medical ICU, Neurological ICU, and Transplant ICU, reflecting its commitment to advanced and specialized patient care. The health system is equipped with EPIC electronic health records and maintains high standards for clinical excellence across inpatient and critical care environments.
