Description Housekeeping Supervisor Water's Edge Assisted Living Facility in Lake Wales is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and maintenance team within our senior community. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all resident areas, common spaces, and staff facilities Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote high performance and adherence to safety and hygiene standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet regulatory requirements and company policies Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and address any deficiencies promptly Collaborate with management to improve operational procedures and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and facility policies Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and management High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning or healthcare support is a plus Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment At Water's Edge Assisted Living, we foster a compassionate and collaborative work environment that values growth and professional development.
