Travel Vascular Ultrasound Technologist - $2,151 per week

Job Description & Requirements TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Vascular Technologist for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. Specialty: Vascular Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel As a Vascular Technologist, you will use ultrasound and other non‑invasive diagnostic tools to evaluate blood flow, detect vascular abnormalities, and assist in diagnosing conditions related to the circulatory system. You will play a key role in supporting physicians by providing accurate vascular imaging in a variety of clinical settings. Key responsibilities: Conduct vascular ultrasound exams including carotid, arterial, venous, and abdominal studies. Use Doppler technology and ultrasound equipment to assess blood flow and identify vascular conditions. Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort during exams. Identify and document normal and abnormal imaging findings for physician interpretation. Ensure proper patient positioning and use of equipment for optimal image quality. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Calibrate and maintain ultrasound machines and related equipment. Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members. Support a clean and organized working environment. Qualifications: At least one year of experience as a Vascular Technologist. Current BLS certification. Preferred: RVT; or RVS, or ARDMS National Certification with appropriate experience. State licensure may be required. Strong attention to detail, ability to stand for extended periods, excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Requirements: BLS, ARDMS (RDMS RVT), CCI (RVS), 1 Year.
