We offer a challenging and rewarding environment where you can maximize your potential.The Portfolio Analyst plays a critical role in monitoring the performance of our restaurant partners and proactively managing revenue and client health. This position has a direct impact on client satisfaction, retention, and corporate revenue through in-depth analysis of customers' activity, account performance, and revenue contribution.Working closely with cross functional partners, the Portfolio Analyst will analyze complex customer, business, and billing data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities that will drive growth and value for the organization and its restaurant customers. The Portfolio Analyst will proactively communicate key findings and potential risks to management and the Service teams on a daily and weekly basis, enabling timely action to protect revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and improve business performance.
