Overnight Maintenance Technician Pittston,PA, US 0 3 days ago Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $31 - $33 per hour Job Details Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and electrical panels Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Perform mechanical repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial equipment Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all applicable safety procedures Ideal Background 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems Experience troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs, sensors, motors, and controls Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities Manufacturing or plastics industry experience is a plus Ability to work independently on an overnight shift A bit about us A growing and well-established company in the plastics and composites manufacturing industry is looking to add an experienced Overnight Maintenance Technician to their team in the Pittston, PA area.
