Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Sub Separate classrooms or with moderate to severe student behaviors
• Familiarity with the unique needs of elementary-aged children
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Adaptability and compassion when supporting students with diverse learning profiles
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering individualized and small group instruction
• Support classroom management and foster positive behaviors
• Provide one-on-one guidance for students, helping them participate fully in classroom activities
• Implement behavioral support plans and monitor progress toward student goals
• Help create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment for all students
• Assist with classroom organization, data collection, and minimal administrative tasks as needed
