Your typical daily duties will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical/electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. Specialty Industries Commercial Agriculture Education Renewable Energy 24/7 Service Responsibilities Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems according to specifications and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems. Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects. Test electrical systems and components to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate work and address concerns. Physical Requirements Able to physically lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day (physical work is more than 70% of the job) Ability to safely climb up and down ladders Ability to work alone once instructions have been given Able to complete a full day’s assignments involving one or more of the following: bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, reaching over head, and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment and any other safety related equipment Able to wear personal tool belt at all times on the jobsite Able to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and other safe work platforms and areas Able to work in and around restricted/confined spaces such as; manholes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, attics, clean rooms, and raised metal floors Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on job location Specific vision abilities required Able to work a 40 hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required Education/Experience Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
