Occupational Therapist

A hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona is looking to add a mid-level Occupational Therapist to its outpatient team. This is an in-person role that requires regular on-site presence at a designated facility location. Please note that visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position.

The Occupational Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services focused on supporting functional recovery and enhancing the quality of daily living for patients. Day-to-day responsibilities align with the standard scope of occupational therapy practice within an outpatient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment goals
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions that promote functional independence
• Support patients in regaining skills needed for daily living activities
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Operate within the standard scope of occupational therapy practice in an outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred
