Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support project execution and successful completion of engineering and technical projects. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, monitor progress, manage schedules, and communicate project status to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience coordinating multiple priorities, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and completion of projects based on project requirements and committed deadlines
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop project plans, schedules, and cost estimates using project management tools
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Identify and communicate potential project risks, issues, and opportunities
• Facilitate routine follow-up meetings with task owners to ensure progress and accountability
• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Assist with project documentation and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting or coordinating technical, engineering, or operational projects
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience creating presentations and project status reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background or experience working with engineering teams
• Understanding of test matrix development and execution
• Experience with project management software and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with project cost estimating and project planning processes
• Experience supporting cross-functional project teams
