Project ManagerThe Project Manager is accountable for managing moderate sized and complex project orders from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in mobilizing, managing, and reporting on service deployments for customers.Primary duties within varied scope of work and client expectations will range from:Conducts pre-project meetings with clients' local POC and ensures project goals are establishedPlans/coordinates travel and access to the siteConfirms daily THAs are being conducted by the Team Lead prior to beginning work each dayCompletes project controls sheet on a weekly basis to ensure budgets are metSubmits weekly reports to supervisorDelivers post-project reports to clients' POC at conclusion of projectsReviews/Approves timecards and employee expenses each weekAdditional accountabilities:• Involved with new hire onboarding from talent acquisition requests, through candidate interviews, to standardized new hire onboarding process• Engages with new hires in OTJ training until competency is met• 100% completion of required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned• 100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices• 100% adherence to client security/privacy practices and expectationsRequired qualifications, skills, and experience for varied client SOW:• Project team leadership or management experience to achieve improved results, measured through increased customer satisfaction and increased project profitability• Understanding of subcontractor/team management, project financials, and risk mitigation• Technical understanding and communication to peers/management and client POCs• Experience coordinating and developing sequence of operations and like documents as required to support execution team.Preferred qualifications, skills, and experience:• Knowledge of datacenter functionality• Proficiency with Microsoft 365Job Hazard Assessment Mitigation AwarenessMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 0700-1500
